Do you come on-site in downtown Vancouver?
Yes. Outages get same-day attendance and scheduled work is booked next business day. Parking and building access are our problem, not yours.
Our building only allows one internet carrier. Can you work with that?
Usually, yes. We design around what the landlord permits and add a cellular failover so a single carrier outage does not close the office.
We are a six-person firm. Are we too small?
No. Three to twenty people is exactly who we build for, and most of our Vancouver clients are under ten.
